Scope of application:

Ghee animal fats, special purpose fats, vegetable oils and their mixtures for industrial food production, with the use of high temperature.

Description:

IN-DOX DUO-a complex food additive (TU 10.89.19-008-17683026-2020), designed to slow down the oxidation process (rancidity) and increase the shelf life of food products; soluble in fats and oils, insoluble in water.

Expenditure:

200-500 g / ton
