Scope of application: ghee animal fats, special purpose fats, vegetable oils and their mixtures for industrial food production, with the use of high temperature.

Description:

IN-DOKS Mono-complex food additive (TU 10.89.19-008-17683026-2020), designed to slow down the oxidation process (rancidity) and increase the shelf life of food products; it is dispersed in fats and oils, partially soluble in water.

Method of application:

heat the fat or oil to a temperature of 60°C and add “IN-DOX Mono”, mix thoroughly until completely dissolved.

Expenditure:

200-650 g / ton

  • preserves the taste, aroma, color and texture of finished products during long-term storage;
