Scope of application: ice cream (milk, cream, ice cream).

Description:

“NEOS STABLE ICE 590” (TU 10.89.19-017-75315135-2024) – is a specially developed for the production of ice cream mixture of food additives, which is used as a texturizer, used as an emulsifier and stabilizer to create a uniform and even texture of ice cream.

Method of application:

it is applied with dry components at the stage of preparation of the mixture, before homogenization.

Recommended dosage:
4% fat content -0.7%
6% fat content -0.6%
8% fat content -0.55%
10% fat content -0.50%
12% fat content -0.45%

Advantages:

  • allows you to get ice cream with a high level of resistance to "heat shock";
  • compensates for reduced quality in low-cost formulations;
