Scope of application: it is used as an antioxidant in the production of vegetable (except olive) and animal oils, as well as products based on them; fats intended for culinary purposes; cookies and other grain products intended for baby food; fast food and ready-made breakfasts; mayonnaise, sauces based on vegetable oils ;confectionery (including creams).
It belongs to antioxidants and antioxidants of synthetic origin, is used for technological purposes in the food production process, and consists of tocopherol extracts. As a food additive, it preserves food, prevents oxidation processes and enriches raw materials with vitamin E.
