Ultra Long SOFT (TU 10.89.19-005-17683026-2017) – a comprehensive quality improver for flour confectionery products, containing components that reduce the activity of water (Aw) and effectively suppress pathogenic microflora (mold fungi and bacteria), preventing spoilage of finished products during long-term storage.
“Ultra Long SOFT” is added to the dough when kneading or whipping simultaneously with liquid prescription components.
Recommended dosage:
1.0-2.0% by weight of prescription components.
