Separating agents

A release agent is a special-purpose lubricant that food processing specialists use to process molds, baking sheets, belts, oven pans, and moving parts of equipment. This product helps in avoiding sticking of products; thanks to the lubricant, the adhesion force (adhesion) between any bordering surfaces decreases, which speeds up baking.

Separating emulsions are used in industries that supply various products to the market:

• Bread, muffins, dried fruits, bagels, crackers;
• Baked goods: buns, doughnuts, muffins, biscuits, cakes, gingerbread, rolls;

• The equipment lubricant has a high oxidizing capacity. Unlike lanolin oil, it does not accumulate on the equipment, forming layers. This means that the moving parts will function for long time, while maintaining full functionality;
• The use of lubricants slows down the process of carbon formation, which has a positive effect on the condition of the working surfaces. It does not lose its properties when exposed to high temperatures;
• Separating agents helps in reducing the cost of final product: just one thin layer is enough to separate the products easily, without sticking, without burning;
• When used correctly, the release agent forms a protective fat film on the molds. This allows you to increase the number of baking cycles without additional lubrication;
• The lubricant can be easily applied manually, semi-automatically or automatically;
• The number of defects is reduced, since confectionery and bakery products are baked in the right sizes, do not deform from contact with each other and with the surfaces of molds, and do not lose their appearance;
• Separating agent helps to keep production facilities in proper sanitary condition;
• Storage of such lubricants does not require large areas or special conditions.
